How often should I pressure wash my deck?

Will pressure washing damage or strip my deck's finish?
We adjust pressure to the material and condition of your deck. Bare or weathered wood can handle more pressure, while stained or sealed wood gets a gentler approach so we clean the grime without stripping a finish that's still doing its job.
Do you clean composite decks too?
Yes. Composite decking gets a lower-pressure wash since it can scratch or streak under high pressure, but it still comes out looking noticeably cleaner and free of the gray film that builds up over time.
What's the difference between pressure washing and staining or sealing?
Pressure washing removes dirt, mildew, and gray weathering from the surface - it doesn't add any protective coating. If you're planning to stain or seal afterward, washing first gives the new coat a clean surface to bond to.
