How often should I pressure wash my driveway?
Most Tulsa homeowners get noticeably better results washing once a year. Driveways near trees, sprinklers, or shaded areas that hold moisture may need it every 6–9 months since algae and mildew build up faster in those spots.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete or asphalt?
Not with the right equipment. We use surface cleaner attachments that spread pressure evenly across the concrete or asphalt, avoiding the streaking, etching, or gouging that can happen from a handheld wand held too close or at the wrong angle.
Can you remove oil stains and tire marks?
We can significantly lighten or remove most oil stains and tire marks, especially newer ones. Deep, years-old stains that have soaked into the concrete may lighten but not disappear completely — we'll always give you an honest expectation before we start.
How long does it take to pressure wash a driveway?
A standard residential driveway usually takes 30–60 minutes. Larger driveways, heavy staining, or additional walkways can add extra time — we'll give you a time estimate along with your quote.
Do I need to move my car or clear the driveway first?
Yes, please move vehicles off the driveway before we arrive. Small items like planters or toys are fine for us to move ourselves, but a clear driveway lets us clean the full surface in one pass.
