Siding, brick and trim each call for a different approach — we soft wash where full pressure would cause damage, and step up pressure only where the surface can handle it. The result is a house that looks freshly built without any risk to paint, caulking or landscaping.

Common questions

House washing FAQ

Is pressure washing safe for vinyl siding, brick, or stucco?

Yes, when the right method is used for each material. We soft wash vinyl siding and stucco using low pressure and cleaning solution to lift dirt and mildew without cracking or driving water behind the siding. Brick can typically handle more direct pressure where needed.

How often should I have my house washed?

Once a year keeps most Tulsa homes looking their best and helps catch mold or mildew before it spreads. Homes in shaded, humid, or tree-covered lots often benefit from washing every 6–9 months.

Will soft washing kill mold and algae, not just remove it visually?

Yes — soft washing uses a cleaning solution designed to kill mold, algae, and mildew at the surface, not just rinse away what's visible. That's part of why results last longer than a plain water rinse would.

Do you need access inside my house or yard?

We just need outdoor access and a working exterior water spigot. You don't need to be home during the cleaning, though we're happy to walk the results with you afterward if you are.

How long does a full house wash take?

Most single-story homes take about 1–2 hours; larger or two-story homes can take a bit longer. We'll give you a realistic time estimate along with your quote.
