How often should sidewalks and walkways be cleaned?
Once a year keeps most sidewalks looking sharp. High-traffic walkways or ones in shaded, damp spots can build up algae and grime faster and may benefit from cleaning every 6-9 months.
Can you remove gum and stubborn stains?
Yes, we can remove most gum, dirt, and ground-in stains. Very old or deeply set stains may lighten significantly rather than disappear completely - we'll always be upfront about what to expect.
Will pressure washing damage the concrete or pavers?
Not with the right approach. We use surface cleaner attachments and adjust pressure for the material, so concrete, pavers, and stone all get cleaned evenly without etching or damage.
Do you clean steps and tight corners too?
Yes - we get into edges, corners, and steps that a standard garden hose or a rushed DIY job usually misses, so the whole walkway looks consistent, not patchy.
How long does a sidewalk cleaning take?
Most residential sidewalks take 20-45 minutes. Longer walkways or ones paired with a driveway or entryway will take a bit more time - we'll estimate this in your quote.
